Creating and Managing your Account

This guide explains how to view and update your profile, manage team members, and configure organization-wide settings in Social Cascade, with clear navigation cues to help you find each area quickly.

How to Navigate

  • Open Account: Click your avatar in the top-right header, then select Account from the dropdown.
  • On mobile: Tap your avatar in the top-right, then tap Account.
  • Within Account: Use the left-side navigation or tabs near the top to switch between sections (Profile, Team Members, Organization Settings).

Your Profile

  • Path: Avatar (top-right) > Account > Profile
  • What you see: Your name, account email, and current organization.
  • Edit: Click Edit (top-right of the Profile card), make changes, then click Save.

Team Members

  • Path: Avatar (top-right) > Account > Team Members
  • What you see: A table of all users in your organization with name, email, join date, and role (e.g., Admin).
  • Manage: If you have Admin permissions, use the action menu in the far-right column to update roles or manage membership.

Organization Settings

Organization-wide settings affect everyone in your organization. Typically only Admins can modify these.

  • Path to Organization Settings: Avatar (top-right) > Account > Organization Settings
  • Layout tip: Use the left-side menu or tabs at the top of this page to switch between setting groups. Save buttons are usually at the bottom-right of each section.

Organization Details

  • Path: Avatar > Account > Organization Settings > Organization Details
  • Manage: Update organization name, address, and contact info. Click Save when done.

Social Profiles

  • Path: Avatar > Account > Organization Settings > Social Profiles
  • Overview: See connected profiles (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with follower and post counts.
  • Manage: Use the connect/disconnect controls at the top-right of the profiles list if available.

Post Frequency

  • Path: Avatar > Account > Organization Settings > Post Frequency
  • Manage: Set posting times by day of week. Use the schedule grid; click a time slot to add/remove. Click Save.

Link in Bio

  • Path: Avatar > Account > Organization Settings > Link in Bio
  • Use: Copy your public page URL or click Download QR. The link and QR appear near the top-right of the section.

Analytics Options

  • Path: Avatar > Account > Organization Settings > Analytics

    Choose:

  • Social Cascade posts only
  • All posts from connected accounts
  • Click Save to apply changes.

Saving and Confirmation

  • After edits, look for a Save button at the bottom-right of the section or page.
  • A success banner typically appears at the top after saving.
