Customizing Post Frequency
Social Cascade allows you to set a default publishing schedule for your social media posts. This ensures that new content is automatically added to your calendar on the days and times you choose.
How to Navigate
Post frequency settings are managed at the organization level.
- Path: Click your avatar in the top-right header, then select Account. In the Organization Settings section, find the Post Frequency panel.
Understanding the Schedule Grid
The Post Frequency section displays a grid with days of the week as columns and hours of the day as rows.
- On: A blue, filled-in circle in a grid cell means a post will be scheduled for that day and time.
- Off: A white, hollow circle means no post will be scheduled.
- Auto: This option, often seen in the schedule, means a post will be automatically added to the calendar at the time the content is released, without a specific time set by you.
Setting Your Schedule
- Click to toggle: Simply click on a circle in the grid to toggle the status between On and Off.
- Add a new time: If you want to add a new time slot, look for a + Add Time button or similar control.
- Save: After making your changes, be sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the section to apply your new schedule.
The schedule you set here will be the default for new content added to your account. You can always override these times for individual posts by editing them in the Calendar.
