Understanding the Overview Dashboard

A quick tour of the first screen you see after signing in. It summarizes connected profiles, scheduled content, and follower trends.

How to get there

  • Desktop: Use the left sidebar and click Overview (dashboard icon).
  • Header menu: Click your avatar (top-right) > Overview.
  • Switch teams: Use the team selector in the header to change which team’s Overview you’re viewing.

Page layout

  • Desktop: Main content on the left; Scheduled Posts panel on the right.
  • Mobile: The Scheduled Posts panel appears above the main content.
  • The page title in the header reads Overview.

Your Social Profiles

  • Where: Top-left of the page, under the “Social Profiles” header.
  • What you see: One card per connected profile (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) showing follower count and post count.
  • Manage: Click the Manage link to the right of “Social Profiles” to open Settings and connect/manage profiles.
  • No profiles yet? Admins will see a prompt to connect a profile.

Scheduled Posts

  • Where: Right side (desktop) or top (mobile).
  • Header: Month name in the top-left; use the left/right arrow buttons to move between weeks.
  • Week strip: Seven-day row shows which days have scheduled posts; click a day to view that day’s items.
  • List: Shows each post’s thumbnail, caption preview, platform, and scheduled time.
  • Edit in Calendar: Use the “Go to the Calendar” link at the bottom to make changes.

Followers Over Time

  • Where: Below Social Profiles in the main (left) column.
  • What you see: A line chart comparing follower trends for connected profiles (e.g., Facebook vs Instagram are different colors).
  • Timeframe: Use the chart filter to change the period (e.g., All Time, 6 months, 1 month).
  • No data yet? You’ll see guidance to connect accounts first.

Quick tips

  • Navigation: Left sidebar > Overview. On mobile, open the sidebar from the header if it’s collapsed.
  • Settings: Avatar (top-right) > Account Settings for organization and profile configuration.
  • Calendar: From the Scheduled Posts panel, click Go to the Calendar to adjust scheduling.
