Scheduling a Post for Later

Overview

Schedule publishes your video and post details at a future date and time you choose from the mobile app.

Before You Start

  • You must be an Admin or Editor on the team (Viewers cannot schedule).
  • Select at least one connected platform and enter a caption.

How to schedule

  1. On Post Draft, under Post Options, tap Schedule.
  2. The app opens a Schedule post sheet with a date and time picker (defaults are chosen to sensible posting windows).
  3. Adjust the date and time, then tap Schedule post.
  4. Confirm you see Scheduled for … under the buttons. Tap that row to change the time if needed.
  5. After scheduling succeeds, you may see a note to check Video Review if you don’t see the post immediately.

Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Fix
“Scheduled date must be in the future” Picker left in the past Move the time forward and try again.
Schedule button missing Viewer role Ask an Admin or Editor to schedule, or use Save to My Stream.
Need to cancel or edit a scheduled post Not handled in this screen Use the Social Cascade web app or contact your team admin for queue changes.
