Scheduling a Post for Later
Overview
Schedule publishes your video and post details at a future date and time you choose from the mobile app.
Before You Start
- You must be an Admin or Editor on the team (Viewers cannot schedule).
- Select at least one connected platform and enter a caption.
How to schedule
- On Post Draft, under Post Options, tap Schedule.
- The app opens a Schedule post sheet with a date and time picker (defaults are chosen to sensible posting windows).
- Adjust the date and time, then tap Schedule post.
- Confirm you see Scheduled for … under the buttons. Tap that row to change the time if needed.
- After scheduling succeeds, you may see a note to check Video Review if you don’t see the post immediately.
Troubleshooting

| Schedule button missing | Viewer role | Ask an Admin or Editor to schedule, or use Save to My Stream. |
