Logging In with Email and a One-Time Code
Overview
Teleprompter uses a secure one-time verification code sent to your email — there is no separate password to remember.
Before You Start
- Use the same email address associated with your Social Cascade account.
- Make sure you can receive email on this device (or another device where you read mail).
How to sign in
- On the sign-in screen, enter your email in Email address.
- Tap Send Code.
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit code, then enter it and tap Verify Code.
- To change the email, tap Back and start again.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause | Fix |

| “Couldn’t Send Code” | Temporary delivery or service issue | Wait a moment and tap Send Code again. |
| “Invalid or Expired Code” | Wrong digits or code timed out | Tap Request New Code in the alert, or go Back and send a fresh code. |
| No email arrived | Spam filter or typo | Check spam; confirm the address. The app reminds you to verify you have a Social Cascade account. |
| “Server Error” | Backend issue | Try again shortly; contact support@socialcascade.co if it persists. |

Q: Is my session saved?
A: Yes. After a successful login, you stay signed in until you log out from the scripts menu.
