Logging In with Email and a One-Time Code

Overview

Teleprompter uses a secure one-time verification code sent to your email — there is no separate password to remember.

Before You Start

  • Use the same email address associated with your Social Cascade account.
  • Make sure you can receive email on this device (or another device where you read mail).

How to sign in

  1. On the sign-in screen, enter your email in Email address.
  2. Tap Send Code.
  3. Check your inbox for a 6-digit code, then enter it and tap Verify Code.
  4. To change the email, tap Back and start again.

Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Fix
“Couldn’t Send Code” Temporary delivery or service issue Wait a moment and tap Send Code again.
“Invalid or Expired Code” Wrong digits or code timed out Tap Request New Code in the alert, or go Back and send a fresh code.
No email arrived Spam filter or typo Check spam; confirm the address. The app reminds you to verify you have a Social Cascade account.
“Server Error” Backend issue Try again shortly; contact support@socialcascade.co if it persists.

FAQ

Q: Is my session saved?

A: Yes. After a successful login, you stay signed in until you log out from the scripts menu.
