Logging in to Social Cascade
- Where to sign in
- Go to the app: app.socialcascade.co
- Sign-in options
- Sign in with Email (Magic Link):
- Enter your work email and submit.
- Check your inbox for an email from
noreply@socialcascade.co. - Click the “Log in” link. If you requested it on mobile, open the link on that same device in your default browser.
- Sign in with Email (Magic Link):
If you were invited by a teammate
- Open your unique invite link from email.
- You’ll be routed to sign in; use the same email that received the invite.
- After login, you’ll be added to the correct organization/team automatically.
First time after login
- You may be asked to set up your organization and team if one isn’t already configured.
Troubleshooting
- Didn’t get the email? Check spam/junk, search for “Social Cascade” or “Magic Link,” wait up to 2 minutes, then choose “Resend” on the sign-in page.
- Wrong account used (Google): Sign out, then sign back in with your work account.
- Magic link expired or already used: Return to the sign-in page and request a new link.
- Stuck on a waitlist page: Your email may not be enabled yet. Ask your admin to invite you or contact support.
- Browser/cookies issues: Enable cookies for
app.socialcascade.co, try an Incognito/Private window or a different browser, or clear cookies forsocialcascade.co.
Security notes
- We don’t use passwords!
- You can sign out anytime from your profile menu.
