Recording Videos with the Teleprompter
Overview
Open a script, use the built-in teleprompter while the front camera records, and save one or more takes to turn into posts.
Before You Start
- Grant Camera and Microphone when prompted (microphone may be optional depending on your choices).
- Use a stable mount or stand for best results.
How to record
- From script details, start Record.
- Tap Practice to scroll the script without recording; tap Stop to end practice. While practicing you’ll see a PRACTICING indicator.
- Tap Record to begin a real take (a short countdown may run first).
- Tap stop when finished. Recordings automatically stop at three minutes to stay within common short-form limits.
- Open the settings (gear) icon for teleprompter options: Scroll Speed, Text Size, Opacity, and Start Delay. Use Reset to Defaults if needed.
- After a take, use Create Post, New Take, or View All Recordings as needed.

FAQ
Q: Can I record without audio?
A: The app may let you continue if microphone access is blocked, but most social posts need audio. Enable the microphone in Settings for best results.
